Artist Jay Rolfe went with artist Alan Soffer to see the exhibit of drawings and a few sculptures of deceased artist Tom Bostelle at his home and studio Aeolian Palace on the Brandywine River at Lenape, about 3 miles from here. Artist Brett Walker was the guest host and displayed 2 paintings and showed us around. The drawings were mostly landscapes and a few figures, but not the shadow motif of his most well known paintings. Every time I've been to the Aeolian Palace I've been impressed with (and a little jealous of) the amount of work space he had.
