It's strange that I keep seeing the word "levy" spelt "levee". Pick one and stick with it people.

Anyway, I have never agreed with the building of ANY LEVY, ever. It's so stupid to think humans can control nature..we will always lose that fight.

In southern Missouri, the Army is about to do the right thing (I hope). Let it flood! And all the farmers who say the silt will take years to clean up; Idiots, that silt is what made your land viable! You should appreciate it.
